Gathering Your Supporting Information

Once you make an access request, someone from the NDIA will contact you, asking you to submit all of your supporting documents. This will include proof of your age, name, residence, and medical records corresponding to your disability. It’s important to provide as much information from your health providers as possible.

Application Success and the Planning Meeting

Once your application is approved you will officially begin your journey as an NDIS participant and be invited to a planning meeting with an NDIS representative.
