Director, Kirsten, has an Accounting qualification and background in financial and disability services.
With several years’ experience working in NDIS plan management and the community/disability sector for other providers, she decided to take all her experience and knowledge to create and provide a high quality, person-centred service that promotes choice and control.
Plan Management is our core service which allows us to invest all our resources and passion into providing you with premium plan management services.

Our mission is to empower people accessing the National Disability Insurance Scheme to achieve their goals and provide peace of mind.
Our Values
People First - Our priority is to be accessible to every person accessing our service through strong communication and consultation. When a participant contacts us, they get to communicate directly with a plan manager, not a call centre operator.
Reliability - We understand the importance of providing a compliant and prompt service to ensure participants can focus on accessing the services they need.
Empowerment - Navigating an NDIS plan can be overwhelming. We are here to help participants understand how their funding works, guide them on the type of services they can access and give them control over setting their personal goals.
